Hi, I'm Sonny, a qualified Sports therapist with over 4 years of experience in sports massage and performance coaching. After earning my degree from Bournemouth University, I've spent the past year working as a graduate therapist in private clinics, Bournemouth University Sports teams , Royal Navy AF and Lead of medical at a local southern league football club.
My passion for sports therapy and healing the human body has grown into a drive of helping people recover from injuries, prevent them and perform at their best no matter their sporting ability.
